At SPMS we understand that managing your property is only one part of the process.

We also guarantee you the rent for the entire length of the contract whether the property is being let or not. Sound too good to be true?

Well once a rental valuation has been confirmed and agreed, we will start paying the full rent of the property 3 days later! This means you no longer have to wait to find the right person to occupy your property before you start receiving rent.

All we require from you is that you have all the valid safety certificates (Gas, electricity and EPC) which are a legal requirement for all landlords. If you don’t currently have these, we can have this arranged for no extra cost.
